How much is UK Standard Delivery and how long does it take?

UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 (Tracked, Mainland & NI). Orders are posted via a Tracked service. It usually takes between 3–5 working days for your order to reach you, however this is just a guideline and sometimes it can take a little longer. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT counted as working days.

Do you offer UK Next Day Delivery?

Yes — UK Next Day Delivery is £5.99 (Tracked). Orders placed before MIDNIGHT Sunday–Friday are dispatched the same day for delivery the next day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the next working day. For delivery on Saturday, please ensure you select Saturday Delivery at checkout, not Next Day. If you place an order after Friday midnight or on Saturday and select Next Day Delivery, your order will be processed on Sunday and arrive on Monday. Sundays and Bank Holidays are NOT counted as working days. *Postcode restrictions apply.

Which postcodes have delivery restrictions?

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. How do pre-order items affect my delivery?

If you have a pre-order item in your order, your full order will be dispatched together once this item comes into stock. If you urgently need the non pre-order items sooner, please place a separate order for the pre-order item, or contact our customer service team at customerservices@rebelliousfashion.co.uk and we can arrange for your non pre-order items to be sent sooner.

Will I have to pay customs charges?

Please note that any/all import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Any orders refused or returned due to unpaid taxes will have any charges incurred by Rebellious deducted from the refund amount. Unfortunately, we and the courier do not have any control over customs delays. As soon as customs clear parcels, they will be delivered within a few days.

Can my orders be merged?

Rebellious reserves the right to merge orders and dispatch multiple orders in one parcel if ordered within the same dispatch period with the same address.
