How long do I have to return, and what does it cost?
You have 14 days to send your item(s) back — the return period starts 14 days from the day of delivery. Please note a returns charge of £2.99 per return label will be deducted from your refund amount for the use of our returns label.
What if I receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item?
No way! Sorry about that. Submit a return in our returns portal and state that you received a faulty/damaged/incorrect item, or email us at customerservices@rebelliousfashion.co.uk within three days so we can make everything right again.
I ordered through TikTok — how do I return?
Please note this return link is NOT for TikTok customers. If you return your TikTok order using this link, we cannot issue a refund for you. Please open a return case on TikTok and return via Evri or pay for postage at the Post Office.
How do I return my order in the UK?
Simply click here, then:
- Complete your details, ensuring you enter your email and order number.
- Print off your label or screenshot the QR code.
- Take your label / QR code to your nearest Post Office, where it will be processed asap.
- Ensure you receive proof of postage for your return.
How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow up to 14 working days for processing your return.
What condition do my items need to be in?
Before returning, please ensure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them. In case you're not sure, here's the lowdown:
- the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unmarked and perfume/make-up/smoke free
- the item(s) still have the tags attached
- shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear
- items are returned in their original packaging with the product tags still intact
Please ensure you put your delivery note inside the parcel. All items from a single order should be placed in one parcel, which must be packaged and completely sealed. *We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
