Not Feelin It? Gal, we hope you love your new things, BUT if something ain't quite right, it ain't quite right....
Lucky for you, we've got a super-easy returns process with options that require no printing!
Return your item/s within 45 days - The return period starts from the day you place the order.
*Please note there is a charge for return labels (£2.50 for UK customers) which is payable when you register the return on our returns portal.
All you have to do is make sure the item(s) are in the same condition as you received them. In case you're not sure, here's the lowdown hun:
- the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and perfume/make-up free
- the item(s) still have the tags attached
- shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear
- items are returned in their original packaging
Sorry, we're unable to accept returns for any face masks, pierced jewellery, used/open/unsealed cosmetics/perfume or any underwear/swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
We reserve the right to reject a return if we suspect that it has been used or damage has been caused deliberately.
Now that's sorted, the next steps are a simple 1,2,3.....
- Simply visit us at https://rebelliousfashion.returns.international entering your order number and the email address you used when you purchased.
- Select your chosen returns method to generate your QR code or printed label.
- Visit your nearest Post Office or InPost Locker to deposit your return.
It's that easy!
Please return the item(s) in their original packaging (don't forget to include your delivery note), with the product tags still intact. All items from a single order should be placed in one parcel.
Psttt.... Don't forget to generate your returns receipt at the locker or ask at the counter for a certificate of postage and keep it safe until we confirm receipt of your return. You should get a tracking number on your receipt too.
Please note we are unable to take responsibility if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed in the post if you do not keep hold of your proof of postage.

You do you gal! Unfortunately, we're unable to refund postage costs. Please return the item(s) in their original packaging with the product tags still intact. Please ensure you put your delivery note inside the parcel and keep hold of your proof of postage.

That's it! We'll take it from here. We refund item(s) within 14 days of them arriving back to us. Don't worry though gal, we know you work for your £££ so we'll process it as fast as possible.
Once we've sorted your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. It can take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to hit your account. Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and we're unable to refund any costs associated with you returning the item(s).
