Absolutely gorgeous coat - 5 star it’s unbelievably amazing value looks exactly like the photo

The jacket is beautiful and fits like a dream but i am extremely disappointed in the quality of the jacket. I am constantly noticing more and more threads coming through which is fast becoming a massive paln in my butt, the hood button has ripped from collar and now a hole has appeared in my pocket. For the price i have paid for the jacket i am disappointed. I have never had a problem with any of your items but this is shocking. What can be done please? Can i send back for a new one? - Jolene Hodges
